Rosemary Freddo
Freddo is a cold espresso-based drink with roots in Greece. Traditionally, Freddo is a double espresso served vigorously shaken in a Highball glass with ice. Although baristas recommend the drink to be enjoyed as such, it is customary to add up to 2 teaspoons of sugar, especially in Greece. Inspired by this, we wanted to create a cold coffee mocktail suitable for drink menus all year round. By adding 2-4 cl of alcohol to the recipe, the drink makes a great cocktail as well.
